What are Creature Conversions?
Taking moments from popular clips and podcasts, we bring them to life through original creature hosts—aliens, cryptids, you name it. Using Runway, Kling, and/or Heygen’s avatar features, we map the real performance from the audio clip directly onto our character art: lip-sync is timed to every syllable, micro-expressions follow the joke’s rhythm, and head turns/eye darts land right on the punchlines. The result is a seamless performance transfer—your favorite bits, re-animated as if an intergalactic podcaster is telling them live.
Our workflow is simple and fast: we ingest the podcast clip, clean the audio, and generate a transcript/beat map. Then we rig a still image of the creature and drive it with avatar tools for facial motion, mouth shapes, and subtle gestures. We polish timing inside Runway, push dynamic motion and camera drift with Kling, and finish with captions, SFX, and platform-native formats. It’s the same jokes you love—now delivered by a charismatic, otherworldly host built to stop the scroll.
