As players since childhood, we approached this project as lovers of Playstation. So, we wanted to embrace the feeling of emersion in and love for the games and franchises on the platform. Thus, we developed the narrative concept of the player within the various games he is playing - taking on the visual style of the games.

With the idea of placing the same, consistent character across all these games. First we had to design the character and train a model.
Character Model & Variations

After analyzing the various styles of the different games, we created models for each game and then used our trained character model to input the consistent character within those games.

Standard and start/end frame image-to-video techniques were used for more control. As always, AI video generation comes down to mining (choosing the workable footage within a generation for edit).
